The initial consultation will last 60-90 minutes. In
this session, we will discuss your current eating patterns, exercise habits,
and lifestyle. With this information, I will help you develop
personalized goals so that you can start making the necessary changes to
live a healthier life.

Depending on your individual needs, follow-up appointments may be scheduled.
Two or three visits every four to six weeks are usually necessary to monitor
your progress, build on your goals, and address any new issues that may
arise. These visits usually last between 30-45 minutes and can take
place in person or over the phone.
Note: Special rate "Weight Management" and "Diabetes Management"
packages are available, as these usually require 3-4 sessions.
