1:1 nutrition coaching
My most supportive, highest level option, for athletes who are in need of a deeper dive into their day-to-day and training nutrition habits & patterns. 1:1 coaching is ideal for the athlete who wants to understand how and why to fuel their body for performance & optimal health, and also wants to support and accountability around making these habits stick.
1:1 coaching is great for the athlete who wants to learn how to fuel for an upcoming goal race, is coming back from or wanting to prevent injury, has dealt with low energy availability or REDs, is navigating postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause, has chronic GI Issues, or who just wants to really understand what it takes to fuel for their best performance. And those are just a handful of examples!

My 1:1 coaching programs are the highest level of personalized nutrition guidance that is tailored 100% to your needs, goals, and life. Athletes have different needs than the general population, and even so, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you and your unique needs, and help you find clarity and build sustainable habits that will serve you now and for the rest of your active life.
Here’s what you’ll get:
60-minute initial assessment with Jillian to assess nutrition status, training load, medical history, and set initial goals
check-in calls every 10-14 days
unlimited messaging between appointments to ask questions & check in between sessions
lifetime access to Sports Nutrition Resource Library for guides and handouts
race-specific fueling and hydration plans, as needed

Your first step toward starting with 1:1 coaching is to fill out the application linked below. After you apply, Jillian will review your application and reach out to set up a complimentary Intro Call so you can get to know each other, ensure a good fit, and talk about timeline and next steps.
Additional Services
Are you a high school athlete? Just have a few questions or need to dial in your race strategy, long run fueling, or carb load game plan? Check out my additional options for athletes here.
$225 for 60 minutes
This option is ideal for the athlete who has a solid foundation and is looking to ask a few questions, fine tune, or prepare a race-day strategy for a specific event.
This is not an ideal option for someone who has a long list of questions or is recovering from a significant injury or REDs, for example, in which case 1:1 coaching would be a better fit.
$500 for 3 sessions: initial assessment + 2 follow-up sessions
This option is great for a high school athlete (and parents as well!) looking to gain a solid foundation in sports nutrition. We’ll cover the basics of what it takes to fuel well for your sport, talk about relationship with food and body, and set you up for the best possible lifelong health & performance.

I am not accepting insurance for 1:1 nutrition coaching or sports nutrition consultations at this time. You can, however, use your FSA or HSA funds, if available.

I don’t do cookie-cutter plans, but am happy to help you come up with ideas for meals and snacks that align with your lifestyle and needs.

I have an advanced degree in Human Nutrition, specialized training in sports and performance AND personal experience as an endurance athlete, all of which make me uniquely qualified to really get it when it comes to both nutrition for health and fueling for performance.

It is my goal for each and every athlete I work with to “graduate” from our time together with the knowledge and skills to be a healthy, happy, high-performing athlete for the rest of their active life.
