Meet Jillian

Hi, hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Jillian, and I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist whose aim is to help you untangle and improve your relationship with things like food and movement, and to cultivate an existence free from obsessions with numbers and rules. I also specialize in helping athletes of all ages and abilities to understand how to best fuel their bodies for sports and performance, and love to talk about how to combine sports nutrition and our intuitive sense to know how to eat in a way that is healthy and helpful for mind and body.
