Hi, I’m Jillian!

I’m a sports dietitian who specializes in helping athletes of all ages and abilities learn how to best fuel their bodies for performance in sport, optimal health, and the best possible relationship with food.

I’m a lifelong runner and athlete myself, and my greatest love is working with other athletes to better understand their needs for training and performance.
