Hi, hello! I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist who loves to help people untangle their complex relationships with food and movement, and cultivate an existence free from obsessions with numbers and rules. I practice through a lens of Health at Every Size, and employ the principles of Intuitive Eating in my work, and there are few things more exciting to me than helping my clients free up their lives by leaving diets and food fears behind.
