One-time Nutrition Consult
This is another option, if you are someone who just has a few specific questions about your fueling or nutrition, and don’t need the longer-term commitment that Nutrition Coaching provides. A one-time consult can be helpful if you’re wanting to dial in your race-day strategy for an upcoming event, figure out your plan for long run fueling, or map out an upcoming carb load. A single consult can also be used to provide a general overview of basic performance nutrition principles (can be helpful for beginner runners or high school athletes).
1 hour session: $250
Performance Package for high school athletes
This is a package of three sessions: one 60-minute initial session + two 45-minute follow-ups. This is designed specifically for high school and collegiate athletes who are interested in learning about best practices for fueling performance, avoiding underfueling and REDs, and creating a solid foundation for a positive lifelong relationship with food and sport.
3-session package: $500

FAQs
-
I have various options available for length of coaching, but typically work with athletes for a minimum of 3 months at a time, and also offer 4 and 6 month options, with the option to extend if needed as well.
-
yes! monthly payment plans are available if that’s helpful and makes the financial commitment more doable for you.
-
this program is designed to be much more immersive than the type of work that insurance typically covers, so I do not accept insurance for perforamnce nutrition coaching or sports nutrition consulting at this time.
Some clients do have success submitting superbills to insurance for reimbursement.
