I have various options available for length of coaching, but typically work with athletes for a minimum of 3 months at a time, and also offer 4 and 6 month options, with the option to extend if needed as well.
I find that one-time consults don’t provide enough time or space for me to learn about an athlete’s goals and then provide the meaningful education or insight to help them work on these things. Nor does a one time appointment allow for me to provide accountability or ongoing support, both of which are essential for the best outcomes!
yes! monthly payment plans are available if that’s helpful and makes the financial commitment more doable for you.
this program is designed to be much more immersive than the type of work that insurance typically covers, so I do not accept insurance for perforamnce nutrition coaching or sports nutrition consulting at this time.
Some clients do have success submitting superbills to insurance for reimbursement.
