An first-of-its kind event created for high school female athletes. We’ll discuss what it means to fuel properly, how to create a positive team culture around fueling & body, and what it takes to be a strong, healthy female athlete for life.

Date TBD

The Breck School, Golden Valley, MN

Did you know:

60% of girls leave sport by age 14

up to 45% of high school female athletes report struggling with disordered eating or eating disorders

80% of elite & pre-elite female athletes exhibit at least one symptom of REDs

What does it actually mean to fuel like a female athlete?

Join us this summer at the Breck School for a conversation about performance nutrition, body image, and what it looks like to build a team culture that supports both.

Hear from three women who get it: a sports dietitian specializing in endurance athletes & eating disorders, an elite coach who works with female runners, and a professional marathoner — sharing what they know, what they've experienced, and what they wish they would have known sooner.

This event is for high school female athletes, their coaches, and their parents. We know how important it is for everyone in an athlete’s life to understand the kind of support it takes to maintain a healthy mind and body, and to know what to look for + how to intervene when things get tough.

Whether you're navigating fueling on your own or trying to support the athletes in your life, you'll leave with real tools and a clearer picture of what healthy, high-performance fueling actually looks like + the tools to make it a reality on your team and in your life.e.
