$120 — We sit down together and take a deep dive into your history, discuss your food habits, preferences, training and/or racing plans (if you're into that!), and talk about overall goals for what you'd like to work on together.
$85 or $120 — This is a check-in, where we get together and talk about how things have been going. We re-visit goals from earlier sessions, assess where you're at, and adjust as needed to make sure we're putting you on the best possible path to accomplishing what you've set out to do.
$60 — This is just a quicker check-in for us to assess your progress and address any questions you might have.
$400 — Includes one initial assessment + four 45-minute follow-ups.
